When you register, send a referral or contact us, we receive what you type into the form, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use it to respond to you, to follow up about the topics you asked about, and to keep a record of our conversation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
We also use first-party visit analytics, run on our behalf by LeadLnk, our marketing service provider. It records which pages are viewed, the referring page and browser type, under a random visitor id kept in your browser's local storage and in a first-party cookie (leadlnk_vid, 30 days). If you arrive from a link in an email we sent you, the link carries a code that tells us that email's link was followed, so we know to follow up. The id holds no personal details, is not shared across other websites, and is not sold.
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to tell Meta which pages of this site were visited and whether a form was submitted.
